Providing Skills, Support and Access to Meaningful Careers
ERDA is creating public housing neighborhoods where residents have the skills and opportunities to work in jobs that pay a living wage and that are connected to meaningful career paths. ERDA is committed to providing the tools and resources residents need to succeed —whether helping to access quality job training, open a bank account, attain affordable childcare or a GED.

ERDA believes that residents in public housing are an untapped asset for neighborhoods and that employers can benefit significantly from this underutilized workforce. ERDA believes that developing linkages among existing community institutions and community partners makes both economic and social sense.
